Tru-Heart Coaching was founded to address a specific niche in the market.

We facilitate one-on-one or group coaching sessions to help find and implement solutions to any company, team or personal barrier that limits high performance. We facilitate our programs as far as possible somewhere in nature, and therefor our tag line is: "Nature is our Boardroom."

We continue to associate with our valued partners MCA Training International, and all the powerful solutions that go with it, but here we want to introduce you to the most amazing nature scenes as boardroom and get you there in an extraordinary way.

About Us:

Stefan has been a business and life coach for more than twenty five years.

He is a Leadership-, and Personal Mastery Coach, a sought after speaker, Master Facilitator, and author of the self-study pack called “Become the Person you Want to Be”.

He holds a B Prim Ed degree from the North West University. His accreditation and development includes companies like, The Pacific Institute (TPI), Transformational Consulting Services (TCS), Von Hirschfield & Associates, Knowledge Brokers International (KBI), Business Presentation Skills (BPS) and INSETA to name a few.

He has worked with companies like:

He is very happily married to Adele and has five children. He resides and travels out of Cape Town, South Africa.

Adéle is a qualified junior primary teacher with a teaching diploma from the Wellington Teachers College.

She has more that 20 years experience in teaching, and has been involved with the operational responsibilities of a previous training propriety for more than 14 years.

She would be responsible for the operations and client liaisons.

She is a brilliant event planner, with precision attention to detail.
