Daar is nie ‘n emosie wat ek nie ervaar het nie, van hartgebrokenheid, opgewondenheid, hartseer, blydskap, saam kwaadwees, lekker lag en goed huil. Elke karakter word goed beskryf wat mens help om mooi te volg. • Ek wil net laat weet dat ek nogsteeds lees en lees en weer lees. Kan nie ophou nie. Die boek is langs my bed en elke keer slaan ek dit sommer enige plek oop en begin net daar weer lees. Ek kan myself vereenselwig met baie situasies en my reaksies en gevoelens was dieselfde as joune. Ek het self ook maar baie steiltes in my lewe gehad en jou boek beteken so baie vir my.

• Baie dankie vir die voorreg om jou oop, eerlike lewensverhaal te kon lees. Dis so toeganklik en meesleurend, ek kon saam met jou huil en treur en juig en wonder en nadink. Welgedaan. Met my eerste boek se bekendstelling het iemand die opmerking gemaak dat elkeen 'n storie het om te vertel maar nie almal het die moed of vernuf om dit eerstens op skrif met ander te deel en tweedens op so 'n manier te doen dat dit ander voorthelp op hulle eie pelgrimsreis nie.
